Sweet potato & potato
has, 2 HB eggs, prunes
& raspberries
I’m in love with grapefruit lately – I’ve eaten a whole
grapefruit 3 times in the past 4 days. Yum!
I hardboiled the last of my eggs that I bought at the
beginning of this journey, I had 4 dozen, now I have none, Time to go
shopping.
I forgot how much I LOVE hardboiled eggs. Yum!
For dinner I sautéed the chicken in bacon grease, which I
didn’t like as much as how I normally do it in olive oil. The onions were amazing, sautéed after
the chicken and with a little water to pull al lthe flavor off the pan. The SP fries were a little under-done,
but still yummy. I never made it
to the carrot.
Dinner:
Chicken, Sweet potato
fries, sauteed onions, carrot
