Day 4 - Cravings? Nope!

Day 4:

Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Left over frittata, fresh guac
Soup w/veg broth, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, polish sausage
Paleo ‘Chili’ – grass fed beef, onions, carrots, tomato with a berry smoothie


Thoughts:
Breakfast was crazy time.  So much was going on, I ate in stages and only ended up eating ½ of the Fritata and ½ the guac, but I was full.  I didn’t like that the frittata got cold but I ate it anyways.

Lunch was left overs from yesterday, wasn’t really looking forward to it, but it was still yummy in my lunch crock pot and it filled me up.

Dinner was delicious, although it tasted more like meaty tomato sauce than chili, must need more spices next time.

Worked out for about 30 minutes tonight, felt good.  Had a Chocolate coconut larabar before working out – not really a fan.  It just didn’t taste like much at all.  I have a few other larabars that I will probably try, but I won’t buy the chocolate one again.


I’m proud of myself how easy it is to resist non-whole-30 foods.  I had to get cornbread for Tristan to convince him to eat the Chilli, and I didn’t even want a nibble!
