Thoughts:
Today wasn’t my best day for food.
The Fritata got cold again, as I ate it, even though I sat
down to eat it. It was still ok,
but I kinda had to force myself to eat it. This is why I don’t do leftovers really.
Lunch was good, left over chili, It was delicious and I
ate it all.
Dinner was disappointing. I had a great time making the coconut chicken nuggets with
Tristan but they didn’t come out as good as I hoped. They were really coconutty, and I think I was having some
mistaken identity going on, I saw the nugget and expected it to taste like all
other chicken nuggets, and then it didn’t resulting in my mouth not being
pleased. I only had a few, I saved
the rest but I have no clue what I’m going to do with them. The ‘rice’ wasn’t cooked all the way,
and Tristan wouldn’t try it. The
fries were good, but how do you go wrong with fries?
Tomorrow is another day. I still feel really good, no lows or highs really, but I
feel fine and don’t really have any cravings. I might be getting a little sick of sweet potato…..
