Day 6 - Can I take a nap?

Day 6:

Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Left over fries, scrambled eggs w/onions and peppers
22 HB eggs, carrots, nuts, Apples w/cinnamon warmed in toaster
Home-made pork sausage, brussel sprouts and broc, sautéed in pork remains








Thoughts: Today was terrible.  I didn’t want to eat anything planned, I only ate ½ the eggs at breakfast and none of the fries.  I had to choke down the eggs. I had an apple pie larabar when I got to work so I wouldn’t be hungry.  It was ok, the best larabar i've had yet, but still not something I would buy normally.

Lunch was a mismatch, I wasn’t hungry afterward so I guess it was good enough.  I added some delicious cinnamon apples – which helped.  They ordered pizza at lunch at work and I was very proud of myself for not being tempted. 

Dinner was the best meal of the day – the sausage needs a little tweaking, but it was yummy and so were the veggies.


I was tired all day long, and went to bed at 9:30 – I slept fitfully waking many times at night.  Ugh.
