Day 7: ONE WEEK!

Chicken fried ‘rice’ w/cauliflower and coconut aminos

Thoughts: Today was SO much better than yesterday. I didn’t like the sausage at breakfast, it was way too spicey so I just ate the egg and the banana. And coffee.
Lunch was out, because friends were visiting. I was careful to keep the ingredients
Whole30 friendly and to check with the waitress. I also added some avocado to add some good fats and help
fill me up. I didn’t eat the
roasted red peppers, because I wasn’t sure they were appropriate.
Dinner was delicious – I made regular fried rice for Carissa
and Joe and made mine with everything the same, except the rice was cauliflower
and the sauce was coconut aminos.
It was soooo good and I will make it again.
Week one is done!
It was easier than I thought for a lot of it, but Friday was really
rough.
Today I have a ‘need to burp’ feeling that is driving me
nuts. I feel like I have a bubble
stuck in my throat and I can’t get rid of it :( Other than that I felt good today, we
went snow-shoeing with Carrisa and Joe and it was awesome.
